Brief description


  The circular counterflow cooling tower adopts counterflow gas heat exchange technology to achieve the cooling effect.The cooling tower adopts an anti-corrosion design,no wearing parts,extremely low repair rate,and the designed service life is 30 years.The main body adopts a glass fiber reinforced plastic structure,the tower body has no corrosive parts,and the steel structure adopts national standard materials and hot-dip galvanized anti-corrosion.The filler is made of brand new modified PVC material,the structure is diagonal fold pattern filler,to diffuse the water spray area,through the rotating atomization water distribution method,achieve uniform water distribution and enhance the cooling effect.

Steel structure

  This series of cooling towers adopts an anti-corrosion design,and a large number of galvanized parts are used in the internal steel structure so that the internal structure has no corrosion parts and the equipment life is greatly extended.It saves the necessary maintenance costs and directly reduces the cost of the enterprise.The steel parts in the tower are motor brackets,packing brackets,center tubes,etc.The anti-corrosion problem is an important part of the quality assurance of the entire tower.To ensure quality,all the factory steel components are hot-dip galvanized for anti-corrosion treatment.

FRP shell
  It adopts a glass fiber reinforced plastic shell,the overall thickness is 5mm,and the flame retardant oxygen index is≥40.Fully automatic spraying equipment is used for one-time production and molding.The product is beautiful and contains a large amount of glue.The shortcomings of uneven thickness and uneven density of hand-made cracks are eliminated.The material is made of 191#anticorrosive resin and fiber cloth and fiber felt produced by Shandong Fiberglass Group.
Waterproof motor
  It adopts waterproof,moisture-proof,corrosion-resistant special Y series outdoor cooling tower motor,which has good sealing performance and is widely used in cooling tower environments under various conditions.The insulation class is F,the protection class reaches IP55,the motor working voltage is 380V,and the rated frequency is 50Hz.
Cooling fan
  The airfoil type axial flow fan designed for the Department of Engineering Mechanics of Tsinghua University,the blade is made of aluminum alloy,and the blade adopts an adjustable hub,which can be angled according to the requirements.Reasonable aerodynamic force,high efficiency,large air volume,low noise,and corrosion resistance.The designed service life is 15 years.

Water distribution system

  The rotating water distributor is used to distribute water,and the water distribution system has anti-clogging performance.The rotor is made of the aluminum alloy at one time,with a temperature resistance of 120℃.The working pressure is between 0.03-0.08mpa(that is,the head of 3-8 meters).This form of uniform water distribution and high heat dissipation efficiency.Sprinkler pipe material PVC

Thermal filler

  Packing is an important part of the cooling tower,and its efficiency depends on the degree of full contact between the cooling water and air in the packing.Our company uses multi-corrugated packing,which has a large water redistribution capacity,low resistance,and good thermal performance.The air can quickly take away the heat in the water.The unique filler flow channel enables the water flow to form a large area of flowing water film on the surface of the filler,prolongs the cooling time of the water in the filler,and improves the water cooling effect.The material is a new modified PVC material with a temperature resistance of 65°C.The performance of this product complies with the Ministry of Energy NDGJ88-89"Cooling Tower Plastic Sprinkling Filling Technical Regulations".
