Industrial production or refrigeration process generated in the waste heat,generally to use cooling water to guide away.A certain amount of water is absorbed from natural water bodies such as rivers,lakes and seas as cooling water,and the cooling process equipment absorbs waste heat to raise the water temperature and then discharge it into rivers,lakes and seas.This cooling method is called DC cooling.When direct current cooling conditions are not available,cooling towers are needed for cooling.
The function of the cooling tower is equivalent to the heat exchanger of the outdoor unit of ordinary household air conditioning,which is used to dissipate heat.
For water-cooled type central air conditioning water,condensing side is away on water pump circulation pipe condenser,the quantity of heat of refrigerant in the water inside the condenser heat away,under the action of the pump cycle into the cooling tower,through the flow of water in the cooling tower and the heat transfer to cooling tower the surrounding air,and then into the central air-conditioning condenser to absorb heat again.
The cooling tower of the water-cooled central air conditioning system is equivalent to the condenser on the outdoor unit of the ordinary household air conditioning,and the water pump is equivalent to the fan motor on the outdoor unit of the ordinary household air conditioning,but the heat exchange has become a secondary heat exchange.
Because the cooling water system of water-cooled central air conditioning is an open system,the water quality is easy to become very poor,and the pipes need to be cleaned regularly and the cooling water needs to be replaced regularly.

For mechanical cooling towers,the higher the fan speed is,the lower the temperature of cooling water will be,and the more power the cooling tower consumes.But for the host,the lower the temperature of cooling water,the less power consumption of the host.On the contrary,the lower the rotating speed of the cooling tower,the higher the temperature of the cooling water,so the less power consumption of the cooling tower.But for the host,due to the rise of water temperature entering the condenser,the corresponding power consumption of the host will increase.
