  I. Overview:

  Cooling tower is the use of water and air contact,through evaporation to disperse industrial or refrigeration air conditioning generated in a waste heat equipment.The basic principle is:dry(low enthalpy)air after the fan pumping,from the wind network into the cooling tower;Saturated steam is high temperature water molecules under high pressure flowing to low pressure air,moist hot(high enthalpy)water is sprinkled into the tower by the water seeding system.

  Ⅱ. the cooling mechanism of packing less cooling tower:

  To achieve cooling and cooling of the three elements:

  The ratio of cold air to water(air-water ratio);The surface area of cold air in contact with water;The time of contact between cold air and water.It is designed according to the above three elements.The system resistance decreases from 140Pa to 75Pa of the packed tower,the air volume of the cooling axial flow fan increases by 20%,and the comparison of air and water in the packed tower increases by 20%.The water is injected into 0.5-1mm fog drops under 0.03MPa by low pressure fog device,and the specific surface area of air-water contact is 10%larger than that of water distributed on the PVC packing;This equipment adopts the forward spray,cooling has two processes of downstream flow and countercurrent,cooling time is longer than the packing.

  Ⅲ. Structure of cooling tower:

  1,packless spray cooling tower using low pressure centrifugal fog device(nozzle pressure:0.035MPa)as cooling elements take the traditional packed tower packing and water device,make the whole tower almost an empty tower,structure is greatly simplified.

  2.After canceling the packing and distribution water device,the fog device is installed above the inlet duct.The water jet direction is in the same direction as the cold air pumped by the axial flow fan.

  3,packless spray cooling tower is through the fog device spray water into fog,so that the air and water fine particles even contact,and the packed tower is through water nozzle water distribution on the packing in film contact with the cold air.

  4,Because of the packing cancellation,the load of the tower body is greatly reduced,no more supporting beam plate is needed,the civil construction structure is simplified,and the civil construction investment is saved.
