1Environmental choice
1.1It should be avoided to install on the waterproof channel,high wall that easily reflects the sound volume,and should be installed on the roof or a place with air circulation.
1.2When two or more cooling towers are used together,pay attention to the distance between the towers.In the colder areas in the north,the requirements for building indoor pools should also be considered.Usually,we take 1.5 times the construction diameter of the glass fiber reinforced plastic cooling tower as the standard distance.According to the scale and site requirements,it can be increased,but it cannot be less than the distance of the glass fiber reinforced plastic cooling tower diameter.
1.3It should not be installed in a place with external walls or airtight on all sides,and attention should be paid to the distance between the tower body and the external wall.Take 1.5 times the diameter of the tower air inlet as the accurate distance,
1.4Avoid installing places with soot and dust to prevent the film from clogging.
1.5should be far away from the kitchen and boiler room to a hot place.
2 Installation points
2.1The foundation should be horizontal and not inclined,and the centerline of the cooling tower should be perpendicular to the uneven surface,otherwise,it will affect the work of the motor.Refer to the operating weight of the industrial cooling tower and the actual installation coefficient to check the load-bearing capacity of the installation foundation
2.2For cooling inlet and outlet pipes above 175T,the support should be adjusted.
2.3When two or more water pumps are shared,a balance water pipe should be added between the water basins.
2.4Circulating water inlet and outlet connections should be connected with shock absorbers.
2.5The cooling tower fan blades should be consistent with the tower wall gap,and the side gap should never be too different to find the problem and solve it in time.2.6 The motor and reducer should be inspected and repaired regularly,and the oil level of the reducer should be checked.
3 Start inspection
3.1Whether all the screws are tight,open the drain valve at the bottom of the water basin before starting the machine and flush the water inlet and outlet pipes,the water basin,and other debris attached to the water tower to prevent debris from entering the water tower and blocking the host
3.2Whether the fan and sprinkler system rotate smoothly.The clearance between the tail end of the blade and the air cylinder is uniform,and the installation angle of the fan blades should be the same to avoid vibration during excessive cooling tower operation
3.3Check whether the power supply and motor voltage are consistent.
3.4Whether the belt assembly is installed correctly.
3.5The position of the suction port of the circulating water pump should be lower than the water level of the industrial cooling tower water basin.Open the water supply valve to fill the water basin and the water pipe,and the water level should be 25mm below the full water pipe.
3.6When the fan is running,looking down from the air duct,it should rotate in a clockwise direction.After the fan is running normally,it is necessary to check whether the current of the motor and the voltage are within the normal range.If there is any abnormality,it should be adjusted in time.
3.7When starting,turn on the fan before the water pump,check the wind direction and air volume,and adjust in time until the requirements are met.
3.8After the fan is running normally,open the water outlet valve first,and then open the water inlet valve.At the same time,pay attention to adjust the position of the water inlet and outlet valves to ensure that the circulating water volume meets the cooling flow requirements.
4 Run check
4.1The residue inside the cooling tower should be cleaned regularly,and the incoming water quality should be checked for grease or other debris.Depending on the situation,choose whether it is necessary to use water treatment purification equipment for regular water quality treatment.
4.2After running for about 60 hours,the belt tension must be re-checked to ensure that it is normal.
4.3The oil level of the gear reduction box and the lubricating oil must be replaced after 150H operation.
4.4For industrial cooling towers that have not been used for a long time,the power supply should be cut off,the belt should be loosened,there is no residual water inside the cooling tower,and colleagues should be protected by an outer cover to prevent stolen goods from entering the water tower,as well as to prevent the sun and rain,and accelerate the aging of the cooling tower
4.5The cooling efficiency of the cooling tower is affected by the amount of cooling water,the temperature of the inlet water,and the local meteorological environment.Pay attention to the daily record of parameter changes
